G7 Industrial Component supplied by SAM Composites India Pvt. Ltd. is manufactured from NEMA Grade G-7 glass silicone laminate. The material combines glass fabric reinforcement with a silicone resin binder, giving it good strength, arc resistance and the ability to work at temperatures up to 250°C. We fabricate finished parts to customer drawings and supply them in volumes suited to OEMs and industrial users.
Parts made from G7 hold their shape and insulating performance in hot, electrically demanding environments. For G7 Industrial Component, this means dependable service life where ordinary insulating plastics soften or track. Our fabrication team machines each part to drawing tolerances and checks it before it ships.
G7 Industrial Component is used by electrical OEMs, panel builders and industrial plants for spacers, supports, barriers, insulating plates and similar parts. G7 is chosen when the part sits near heat or arcing, or in an outdoor or industrial setting where a lesser material would degrade.
Our units are divided into various dedicated and independent departments.
