Job Description

1. Cost & Estimation Engineer :

  • Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals such that it meets the client's requirement.
  • Calculating the costing of sheets and machining components for the composite products
  • Study the drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, commercial terms, etc. of the enquiry in detail. Raise timely and appropriate queries to the client to understand their requirement
  • Develop timely & error-free proposals.
  • Assist the sales team in resolving technical queries from customers.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of existing products, complete training to develop additional skills and new product knowledge.
  • Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers & getting the cost.
  • Technical and commercial comparison of cost submitted by suppliers / Manufacturer.
  • To work in close coordination with sales, logistics and production team.
  • Collaborate with key customers to understand business priorities and drive improvement opportunities.

Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engg

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical competence with written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

2. Field Sales Executive :

  • Visit existing and potential customers for new business regularly.
  • Creating new opportunities and generating sales from existing and new customers.
  • Develop business leads, client meetings, establishing relationships and closing deals.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets.
  • Required Candidate profile
  • Candidates should be with 3+ Years of sales experience in Enterprise or B2B market.
  • Meeting with clients.
  • Good Communication, Go-getter attitude.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (word, excel)
  • Prefer personal experience in Composite, Plastic, Transformer, Oil & gas or Steel industry.
  • Exposure to composite or Insulation industry will be preferred

Qualification: Any Graduate, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical engineering / Electrical / Electronics

3. Account Executive :

  1. Profit Loss account monthly preparation
  2. Regular review of related
  3. Regular review of related PL and balance sheet accounts
  4. Creation and review of general ledger
  5. Accounts Receivable and Payable
  6. All types of journal Entries
  7. Bank reconciliation
  8. Reconciliation of accounts
  9. Finalisation of accounts
  10. GST Returns (GSTR 1 & GSTR3B)
  11. TDS monthly payment & Quarterly Return preparation
  12. Tally must

4. Customer relationship executive :

  • We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive in the Manufacturing industry.
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • The Customer Relationship Executive will serve as a liaison between the company and customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence.
  • Handling existing clients and developing new clients.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Demonstrates expertise in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchase.

5. Digital Marketing Executive :

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Utilize SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Analyze digital metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Work on improving the company's online presence through SEO strategies.
  • Optimizing website content for search engines.
  • Engage with digital agency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-5 years of experience as a digital marketing executive or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.

6. Inside Sales Representative :

  1. Inbound & outbound calls.
  2. Arrange meetings for the sales team.
  3. Coordinating with sales team
  4. Onboarding new clients & Following up with existing client
  5. Process orders & dispatches
  6. Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, excel, word)
  7. Maintain Companies Database on excel

7. Export Sales Engineer :

  • Identify and generate leads from the potential customers in the international market to increase sales.
  • Develop customer networks and build relationships with them.
  • Developing business in Europe, USA, UAE, Saudi and other countries to increase sales.
  • Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements in overseas Markets

Required Candidate Profile

  • This position requires a candidate with a proven track record in export sales and strong in tackling and acquiring international clients.
  • Should have experience in building product sales from scratch.

Qualifications:

  • Any graduate with 3+ years of experience in handling Export Sales to B2B /Enterprise Customers.
  • Exposure to the composite or Insulation industry will be preferred but not necessary.
